Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the installation commissioning and maintenance of textile machinery (e.g. spinning weaving dyeing or finishing machines).
Oversee onsite project activities related to plant construction expansion or upgrades.
Coordinate with contractors vendors and internal departments to ensure timely project .
Review engineering drawings and ensure alignment with actual site work.
Monitor daytoday site operations manage workforce activities and resolve onsite issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards environmental regulations and company policies.
Maintain records of site activities material usage and project progress.
Prepare reports and provide updates to the project manager or management.
Conduct quality checks to ensure installation and work meet technical specifications.
Assist in planning preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Electrical or Civil Engineering.
2 5 years of site supervision experience in the textile or industrial manufacturing sector.
Experience in textile plant construction machinery installation or infrastructure maintenance is highly preferred.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and project management tools is a plus.
Requirements: 1+ year of experience in Civil site work. Strong skills in measurements and site assessments. Knowledge of designing and construction processes.
