Our client is looking for a senior technical recruiter who lives in India. The role is remote and contract. Must have experience working for wellknown tech companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical positions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for developer and technical roles.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications experience and fit for the role.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and the recruitment team on the status of open positions and candidate pipeline.
Qualifications :
- Must live in India
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter specifically in recruiting for technical and developer roles.
- Recent work experience with minimal gaps in employment history focusing on longterm projects.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and tools including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
