To provide business partnering advisory support to business stakeholders within the allocated portfolio/s of responsibility giving P&C guidance in support of the overall people experience and business objectives in an everchanging environment.

Experience: 58 years knowledge & understanding of the role People & Culture (P&C) Management plays in enabling business commercial & social relevance acquired through relevant experience. Demonstrated track record successfully implementing integrated effective & lasting P&C products/solutions in support of business specific objectives & driving better performance in the businesses. Knowledge & application of bestinclass P&C impact measures.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise business leaders in portfolio/s to ensure that people decisions made in the business do not introduce risk to the business.
Cocraft the appropriate organisational architecture required to fulfil business objectives with relevant leaders taking into account P&C guidelines and practices when providing advice.
Collaborate with P&C Operational Services to deploy services that require at a local level achieving alignment to the larger business requirements and deliver on the People Promise.
Contribute to the crafting monitoring and guidance on strategic people metrics per portfolio/s; highlight areas of focus which address current and future needs based on market and environmental trends
