Job Description

The role will be based out of Chicago New York San Francisco or Sunnyvale. 

At LinkedIn our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture connection clarity and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team.

LinkedIn is looking for an Operations Program Manager to lead the strategy and of how we operationalize our LinkedIn Member and Customer Success (MCS) GotoMarket Enablement (GTME) teams work. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional skills in operational excellence business acumen and communication. This candidate has experience using data and insights to make strong recommendations and will connect the dots between our business priorities to our enablement strategy. They will partner closely with the MCS Leadership team and crossfunctional leaders and the GTME Center of Excellence (COE) which creates sales enablement programs that scale across LinkedIns entire Global Business Organization (GBO). 

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver a comprehensive strategy leveraging data for senior leadership focusing the ROI on key enablement programs 
  • Use problemsolving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems conduct datadriven analysis extrapolate key insights and deliver recommendations in a matrixed decisionmaking environment
  • Identify potential opportunities to address with the key business stakeholders or within GTME and recommend a solution to maximize efficiency
  • Innovate operational processes based on our evolving business requirements and develop a scalable approach to define the enablement roadmap and the roles and responsibilities to bring it to life
  • Identify influence and drive evolutions of our change management and measurement strategies in partnership with the COE understand and identify inputs we can influence via enablement to drive desired outcomes (e.g. reducing time to value churn escalations etc.
  • Ensure effective change management and communication strategies areestablishedacross programs to ensure buyin and clearly definehow well driveaccountability 
  • Connecting the dots between different teams and crossfunctional groups in a matrixed organization to recommend processes that will help us achieve our goals

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in sales and/or postsales enablement operations consulting program management or change management.

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree 
  • Proven record of accomplishment of working effectively across all levels and functions of an organization inclusive of VP leaders at a large organization 
  • Proven experience in partnering with crossfunctional leaders to roll out large complex and cross functional programs
  • Experience with change management and leading organizational transformation 
  • Prior work experience at a management consulting company 
  • Confidence in effectively leveraging data and insights to inform enablement programs and strategies 
  • Experience with GTM specifically postsales functions; customer support customer success scaled success services processes customer experience methodologies and skills 
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment 
  • Proficient negotiating with stakeholders to ensure process changes and system requirements address customer needs 
  • Strong ability to simplify complex problems 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The pay range for this role is $112000 to $182000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
