Job Description
- Processing vendor bills and payments for EMEA region in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support global AP team with Montevideo vendor bill processing.
- Reviewing supplier information and documentation coordinating relevant identification procedures and addressing other requirements from suppliers.
- Ensuring that the financial records align with our bank data and performing daily bank reconciliations.
- Processing expense claims.
- Monitoring accounts receivable aging and following up on outstanding payments.
- Serving as the primary contact for suppliers regarding questions about invoices purchase orders and payments and managing the finance mailbox.
- Providing general support to the finance team including archiving documents and assisting with adhoc tasks.
Qualifications :
- Student or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Adaptability while working in a fastchanging and evolving organization.
- NetSuite/Openair experience is a plus.
- Experience working in financial administration booking vendor bills and payments.
- Pro active and team player attitude.
What about languages
Excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication is a must!
