As a manager in the Pluton team youll steer the ship of our WAF & reverseproxy advancements. We develop and maintain key tools within antibot protection and HTTP acceleration enabling our customers and merchants to seamlessly access team is responsible for developing and maintaining Web Application Firewall solution as well as managing the lifecycle of reverse proxy layers based on both Varnish Cache and Nginx. We are looking for people who:

• Are fluent in Go/Python or Java technologies and want to learn new ones (if you have only worked with Java you will need to switch to the technology used by the team over time)

• Value engineering best practices: advocate for clean code code review TDD and CI/CD to ensure the quality and maintainability

• Can look for effective solutions to the requirements of our users

• Are able to work closely with the business (can reconcile technical and business issues) 

• Can present the necessary technical work in the context of business risks

• Expect work that has a deeper meaning (not only the management has commissioned) and wants to enjoy its results

• Want to be proud of the code they create. They eagerly accept comments and share knowledge during code reviews

• Enjoy constant developing and updating their knowledge

• Know English languages on at least B2 level
