Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and resultsdriven GCP Customer Engineering Lead for North America. This is a billable role and the successful candidate must be able to contribute to client projects particularly in the early phases of new engagements. The Customer Engineering Lead will play a critical role in securing new business supporting deal closures and ensuring a smooth handover to delivery teams.
A key aspect of this role is building strong technical relationships with Google engineers to align Endavas solutions with Googles ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Technical PreSales & Client Engagement
- Engage directly with prospective clients to understand their technical and business needs particularly for largescale cloud migrations.
- Lead and participate in technical discussions presentations and demonstrations of Endavas existing cloud solutions.
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle with handson technical guidance including developing proposals architectural guidance and business case justifications.
- Be billable on projects during the early rampup phase to ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery.
Google Engineering & Strategic Relationships
- Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with Google Clouds engineering teams.
- Align Endavas services with Googles cloud ecosystem to enhance our ability to win and deliver projects.
- Act as the bridge between Google engineering Endavas delivery teams and the client to ensure a seamless presales to delivery experience.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with internal technical delivery teams to ensure solutions proposed in presales are practical and align with project .
- Provide input into Endavas technical best practices for largescale migrations ensuring our presales process is wellaligned with implementation strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a billable role either as a cloud consultant solution architect or similar.
- Strong expertise in largescale cloud migrations preferably within Google Cloud.
- Experience engaging with Google engineering teams or equivalent at another hyperscaler.
- Handson experience designing presenting and implementing cloud solutions.
- Ability to support project delivery particularly in the rampup phase ensuring a smooth handoff.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Pay Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is $250000 to $300000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the companys compensation practices. The actual salary may also vary based on applicants geographic location and qualifications.
Additional Employee Requirements
- Participation in both internal meetings and external meetings via video calls as necessary.
- Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite as necessary.
- Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer as necessary.
- Ability to bend kneel crouch and reach overhead as necessary.
- Handeye coordination necessary to operate computers and various pieces of office equipment as necessary.
- Vision abilities including close vision toleration of fluorescent lighting and adjusting focus as necessary.
- For positions that require business travel and/or event attendance ability to lift 25 lbs as necessary.
