Job Description

The Production Logistics Coordinator assists with the planning and of all service and support functions for NBC of the Milan 2026 Olympic Winter Games. Areas of support include NBC operations located at the International Broadcast Center Olympic Venues Warehouse facility and other locations specified by NBC in support of the broadcast. This position reports to the Senior Manager Production Logistics.  

Responsibilities 

  • Act as a liaison with the Milan Cortina (MiCo) Organizing Committee and Olympic Broadcast Services (OBS) for goods and services provided to NBC. 
  • Support the setup and teardown of facilities including furniture dcor cleaning and office and nontechnical supplies at the Warehouse International Broadcast Center (IBC) venues and other locations specified by NBC. 
  • Assist with vendor relations including registering accounts and verifying goods received. 
  • Lead the sourcing of all nontechnical goods and services including Environmental Health & Safety medical equipment and supplies office supplies furniture etc. 
  • Oversee the receiving of goods and services and track invoicing for all purchases. 
  • Coordinate support services such as cleaning waste management and heavy machinery. 
  • Supervise the IBC and/or venue support desk requests for all production teams. 
  • Assist management with team oversight and scheduling. 
  • Organize and maintain records and documentation. 

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sports broadcasting productionrelated field or large event project management. 
  • Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English. 
  • Proficiency in English and experience with Microsoft Office programs and basic database software is preferred. 
  • This is a physically demanding position; candidates must be able to lift at least 12 kilos. 
  • Strong ability to quickly understand tasks delegated to them. 
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required. 
  • Must be willing to work long days weekends and nights and be dedicated to the project for its full duration. 
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to drive a workprovided vehicle is preferred.
