Director SCM Planning & Procurement
This role will oversee all procurement and planning operations across Ross Video Limited supporting our highmix lowvolume configuretoorder manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings an established track record in senior leadership roles within supply chain management particularly in OEM electronics manufacturing and thrives in fastpaced global markets. This role also plays a crucial role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies managing vendor relationships and optimizing supply chain operations

Who you report to: VP SCM
Work Lane: Hybrid 3 days in office)
Some of the things you will work on:
- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for Planning and Procurement aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Inspire and develop highperforming teams fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Collaborate with key leaders to ensure seamless supply chain .
- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to meet quality cost and delivery goals.
- Optimize inventory and reduce the lead times to meet customer delivery expectations.
- Guide process improvements and scalability initiatives to support growth.
- Ensure supply continuity and mitigate risks through proactive supplier management.
- Champion datadriven decisionmaking and implement best practices in supply chain planning.
- Support new product introductions and lifecycle planning.
- Oversee procurement processes ensuring compliance with industry and company policies and standards.
You should have experience with:
- A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles with emphasis on planning and procurement.
- Established background in OEM electronics manufacturing within a highmix lowvolume configuretoorder environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence manage change and build consensus in crossfunctional environments.
- Strategic thinker with solid analytical organizational and decisionmaking skills.
- Proficiency with ERP and supply chain planning systems; experience with digital transformation initiatives a plus.
