Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced (minimum 5 years of experience) and selfdriven Senior DevSecOps Engineer with a strong background in Cloud Security Kubernetes (OpenShift) Data Analytics and AIpowered automation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently take ownership of complex projects and drive endtoend solutions for secure scalable and optimizing analytics platforms and integrating AIpowered insights into DevOps workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. DevSecOps & Cloud Security
- Design deploy and secure OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters across hybrid and multicloud environments.
- Independently set up CI/CD pipelines with securityfirst principles using GitLab CI/CD.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform Helm and Ansible.
- Lead security compliance efforts including IAM RBAC Zero Trust and container security.
- Automate security scanning vulnerability assessments and compliance monitoring.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and security issues with minimal supervision.
2. Analytics & Data Engineering
- Deploy configure and optimize Metabase for advanced data visualization and reporting. Previous experience with Metabase is a bonus but any other similar solution is acceptable.
- Work with BigQuery SQL and crossdatabase joins to ensure seamless data access.
- Enhance database performance through query optimization indexing and caching strategies.
- Build secure and scalable data pipelines for analytics and realtime monitoring.
- Work independently to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in Metabase and cloud databases.
3. Automation & AIdriven DevOps
- Develop robust automation scripts using Python Bash or PowerShell to streamline DevOps workflows.
- Design and deploy eventdriven architectures.
- Integrate AIdriven alerting systems for proactive security monitoring and anomaly detection.
- Apply LLMs & vectorized data for security analytics autoscaling and predictive maintenance.

Technical Expertise:
- Cloud & Containers: Kubernetes (OpenShift) Docker AWS/GCP/Azure
- Security & Compliance: Keycloak IAM RBAC Zero Trust DevSecOps best practices
- CI/CD & Automation: GitLab CI/CD Terraform Helm Ansible
- Scripting & Programming: Python Bash PowerShell
- Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack
- Data & Analytics: Metabase SQL BigQuery Kafka Airflow
- AI & ML Integration: AIpowered monitoring anomaly detection security automation
Experience & Work Ethic:
- 5 years of handson experience in DevSecOps Cloud Security or Data Analytics.
- Very good level in English French is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading projects independently and delivering scalable solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud security and analytics issues without supervision.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams but also capable of working standalone on key initiatives.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive ownershipdriven mindset.
