We are looking for a detailoriented and customerfocused Reservation Officer to join our travel agency team. In this role you will be responsible for handling client travel bookings coordinating with suppliers and ensuring accurate and timely reservations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle travel reservations including hotels car rentals tours and other travelrelated services based on client requirements.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via WhatsApp phone email or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide clients with accurate information about travel destinations costs schedules and required documents.
Coordinate with travel suppliers and service providers to confirm bookings and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and client profiles in the system.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service throughout the booking process.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Tourism Hospitality Business or a related field (preferred but not required).
3 years of experience in a travel agency or customer service role preferably with booking or reservation responsibilities.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Arabic. Additional languages are a plus (French).
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a proactive problemsolving attitude.
A passion for travel and a clientfocused mindset.
