Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Manager Lets improve together!
Do you believe quality is as much as about people as it is about processes For us quality isnt just about routines and documents its building trust and longterm value in everything we do. You want to take an active role in building and strengthening our quality assurance processes and culture. As a Quality manager you are part of the companys management team and play a key role in the strategic work to develop and ensure the quality of our in every step is foundation for success in everything we do.
What you will do
Lead and develop our quality assurances and quality controls processes together with the quality assurance team.
Ensure compliance with regulations internal standards and customer requirements.
Manage audits and internal assessment deviations and follow up to facilitate solutions on findings.
Share knowledge build engagement and train your coworkers and organization.
Prepare quality documentation and reports
Taking active part in the management team
and of course its more to be done improving our way of working in the best interest of IKEA customers.
Qualifications :
Who you are
We believe great quality starts with mindset and caring we think you :
Have experience in a manufacturing environment in a leading role.
Have experience working in established quality systems preferably from a larger organization where audits and clear quality reviews with clear go or nogo decisions are a natural part of the work. You are used to handling both internal and external audits and know what is required to meet high quality requirements.
Have Strong analytical skills and good ability to prioritize and make decisions.
Familiarity with LEAN and continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma Kaizen Root Cause Analysis (RCA) 8D A3 5Why.
Demonstrated capabilities in Quality Assurance Quality Control as well as Quality Management Systems. Experience
Good overall computer skills are essential.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
You likely have a degree within Engineering or equivalent.
