Job Description
About the role:
As Cash Management / Treasury Expert youll play an important role in the treasury team being in the middle of all financial transactions for the EPharmacy. You will be responsible for mentoring the current members of the team providing them with the necessary guidance for their operational activities
About your tasks:
- of Accounting Operations in the area of treasury/banking. Handle journal postings bank statement imports ledger reconciliations processing and generation of payments.
- Cash management & transaction monitoring: manage cash transits direct debit collections and payments.
- Communicate internally and with external parties to ensure all reconciliations are cleared in an efficient and timely manner.
- Support process optimization.
- Produce daily weekly and monthly stats/KPIs.
Qualifications :
About you:
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a finance (related) role in an international company.
- ERP and technical system experience preferable in an ECommerce environment.
- You are tech savy able to work with different systems.
- You have excellent English skills. Additionally since many of our colleagues speak German it would be beneficial if you have good German skills as well.
