Tasks
Your Commitment will include
- Delivering functional consulting services focused on SAP HCM modules including Payroll (PY) Personnel Administration (PA) Time Management (PT) and SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
- Performing fullcycle SAP configuration tasks related to schemas cycles valuations and declarations.
- Supporting and executing projectbased and operational enhancements within SAP environments.
- Leading or contributing to Learning Management System (LMS) project implementations and providing ongoing support.
- Managing postpayroll configuration including DSN (Dclaration Sociale Nominative) accounting interface and statutory declarations.
- Collaborating crossfunctionally with internal teams and clients to ensure deliverables align with both technical and business needs.
Requirements
Achieving the difference requires
- Strong SAP HCM functional expertise in Payroll (PY) Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (PT).
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning configuration and support.
- Indepth understanding of French payroll processes including DSN and postpayroll handling (language not mandatory knowledge preferred).
- Proficiency in both project and support environments with handson configuration capabilities.
- Excellent communication in English (mandatory) with French considered an advantage.
- Independent and solutiondriven mindset with a high level of accountability.
