Fairmont St Andrews are looking for an experienced F&B Operations Manager to assist the Director of F&B with managing the smooth operation of all Outlets while ensuring that all areas maintain Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Standards.
A little more about what you will be doing:
- To take responsibility for the checking of schedules incentives for Food and Beverage Sales and training.
- To ensure that the standards of service are adhered to and exceeded on each shift.
- To attend to all guest requests being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs.
- Keep records of purchase orders and expenses.
- Manage staff recruitment alongside of the Talent & Culture department.
- Attends to complaints concerning food and beverage services.
- To reorder stock as and when required.
- Maintain records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- To audit stock.
- Adhere to and be trained in liquor laws and regulations.
- Assess and review customer satisfaction and preferences.
- To oversee any problems that arises.
- Observe workplace hygiene occupational health and safety and security procedures.
- Responsible for keeping payroll in line with revenues.
- Responsible for P & L preparation for Food & Beverage areas.
- Responsible for monthly forecasting and reporting to accounting on F&B areas.
Qualifications :
- Similar experience in a fivestar Hotel is preferred
- Must be Eligible to live and work in the UK
