Job Description
Our client is looking for a Tech Lead whos ready to step into a highimpact role as the secondincommand to the IT Manager someone whos not just technically sharp but also a natural leader collaborator and strategic thinker.
Duties & Responsibilities
Acting as the right hand to the IT Manager supporting strategy team coordination and
Leading technical projects and ensuring smooth service delivery across the IT landscape
Coaching and guiding IT team members fostering a strong collaborative culture
Handling escalations troubleshooting complex issues etc
Qualification:
Proven experience in senior IT support systems engineering or technical leadership role
Strong infrastructure and systems knowledge (networks servers endpoints cloud etc.
A handson mindset youre not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig into the tech
Confident leadership and communication skills
