We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Finance Manager to join our team in Baghdad Iraq. As a key member of our financial leadership you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations ensuring accuracy compliance and strategic financial planning to drive our organizations success.
- Manage all aspects of the hotels financial operations including accounting reporting budgeting and forecasting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and costefficiency
- Prepare and analyze financial statements balance sheets and cash flow reports
- Lead the budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasts
- Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll processes
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance and provide insights for decisionmaking
- Manage and mentor the finance team fostering professional growth and development
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Serve as a key liaison between finance operations and executive leadership
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software systems
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and development
- Proven track record in budgeting forecasting and financial planning
- Experience in implementing and improving financial processes and controls
