Job Summary:
Join our Business Consulting team and gain realworld experience supporting crossfunctional initiatives within a global organization. As a Business Consulting Intern youll work on key business challenges assist in systems and process analysis and contribute to internal consulting efforts that drive operational efficiency and innovation. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving complex problems collaborating across teams and developing practical solutions that make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with internal teams to gather business requirements and assess current processes.
Contribute to assigned focus projects while also supporting daytoday consulting tasks in terms of documentation and supporting other Business Consultants.
Prepare a summary of your contributions and learnings for a final reportout to leadership and HRBP.
Participate in team meetings and internship events across the Bosch network
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Strong interpersonal problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting and engage with diverse crossfunctional teams.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available for this role.
Interns must commit to being onsite at a Bosch location at least one day per week ideally with their manager or team member present (location does not have to be Mount Prospect).
Interns will work on 12 core projects throughout the internship in addition to supporting daily responsibilities.
A final reportout will be required at the end of the internship presented to leadership HRBP and the broader team.
Participation in internship events and engagement opportunities (where applicable by site) is encouraged to build network and exposure across the organization.
