Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As the HR Business Partner for the Shared Services Centre you will serve as a strategic advisor and key point of contact for all peoplerelated matters within the SSC. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic HR Partnership
Act as a trusted HR advisor to SSC management and employees.
Identify people and organizational needs specific to the SSC and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions.
Employee Lifecycle Ownership
Oversee endtoend HR processes within the SSC ensuring consistency and excellence across:
Talent Attraction: collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Onboarding & Integration: ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new joiners.
Employee Engagement & Development: support career growth initiatives learning programs and CSR activities.
Organizational Processes: coordinate salary reviews budgeting and benchmarking.
Ad hoc HR issue resolution and consultation.
Internal Communication & Culture
Lead and support communication initiatives within the SSC to promote alignment transparency and a positive employee experience.
Support crossfunctional collaboration and knowledgesharing between HR and the SSC.
HR Data & Reporting
Manage relevant HR reporting to support datadriven decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications :
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a resultsoriented and collaborative HR professional who can effectively bridge business goals with people strategies.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Educational background in Psychology Human Resources Economics or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR Advisor or Junior HRBP role ideally in a shared services or international environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills including experience in delivering workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated ability to align HR practices with business objectives.
Proactive problemsolving mindset and resultsdriven approach.
Fluent in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
