Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As the HR Business Partner for the Shared Services Centre you will serve as a strategic advisor and key point of contact for all peoplerelated matters within the SSC. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to SSC management and employees.

  • Identify people and organizational needs specific to the SSC and translate them into effective HR strategies and solutions.

Employee Lifecycle Ownership

  • Oversee endtoend HR processes within the SSC ensuring consistency and excellence across:

    • Talent Attraction: collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

    • Onboarding & Integration: ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new joiners.

    • Employee Engagement & Development: support career growth initiatives learning programs and CSR activities.

    • Organizational Processes: coordinate salary reviews budgeting and benchmarking.

    • Ad hoc HR issue resolution and consultation.

Internal Communication & Culture

  • Lead and support communication initiatives within the SSC to promote alignment transparency and a positive employee experience.

  • Support crossfunctional collaboration and knowledgesharing between HR and the SSC.

HR Data & Reporting

  • Manage relevant HR reporting to support datadriven decisions and ensure alignment with organizational goals.


Qualifications :

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a resultsoriented and collaborative HR professional who can effectively bridge business goals with people strategies.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Educational background in Psychology Human Resources Economics or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR Advisor or Junior HRBP role ideally in a shared services or international environment.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including experience in delivering workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.

  • Demonstrated ability to align HR practices with business objectives.

  • Proactive problemsolving mindset and resultsdriven approach.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
