Following a series of successful infrastructure framework wins and as part of our ongoing growth United Living Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team. The Work Winning team plays a crucial role in driving business generation actively engaging with internal and external stakeholders throughout the pursuit cyclefrom early capture planning through to live tenders and contract negotiations.
As a Bid Coordinator you will serve as the primary point of contact for critical documentation overseeing their coordination to the appropriate resources while ensuring highquality standards are maintained throughout the bidding process. You will play a critical role in monitoring and updating the bid timetable and collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth and successful bid submissions.
