Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced Front of House Manager for a luxury safari lodge located in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. The ideal candidate will be warm professional and passionate about delivering a seamless guest experience while confidently managing the frontofhouse team and related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating and responding to guest needs with a warm and accommodating attitude
Oversee and coordinate daily frontofhouse operations including hosting meals checkins meet and greets and guest administrative functions
Manage housekeeping and butler teams including rosters leave planning training and performance management
Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth lodge operations
Handle guest billing reservations special requests indemnities and administrative processes
Maintain and manage beverage and housekeeping storerooms including ordering stock takes invoicing and stock control
Take ownership of frontofhouse processes and ensure high standards are maintained at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience in guest services within a lodge or similar hospitality environment
Strong team leadership and communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
Proactive handson and capable of working independently
Wellpresented wellspoken in English
Preferably female aged 30 40
Valid driver s license and own vehicle
Package Includes:
Basic Salary: R16000 per month
Meal Allowance: R3200 per month (in addition to salary)
50 Medical Aid Contribution (after 3month probation)
Livein accommodation: Private home with ensuite bathroom kitchen lounge basic furnishings
Bednight Benefit (after 3month probation)
