Our client is a fastgrowing firm specialized in fintech who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop BtoB platforms from the ground up managing largescale data processing.
Design and implement system architecture with integrations to external APIs and platforms.
Monitor production systems and respond promptly to incidents or abnormalities.
Enhance and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline product delivery.
Evaluate and implement tools frameworks and development practices to improve engineering efficiency.
Provide technical mentoring and foundational skill development for team members.
Lead agile development processes and collaborate across functions in a Scrum environment.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of total software development experience including a minimum of 4 years working professionally with Golang.
Practical experience in operating and maintaining production systems.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve application performance.
Handson experience working within Agile development teams.
Strong productoriented thinking and commitment to delivering business value.
Proficient in building and managing microservicesbased systems.
Strong sense of accountability and ownership in engineering delivery.
Ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional context.
For Principallevel candidates: In addition to the above the role expects the ability to architect and review complex technical solutions offer guidance on solving systemlevel issues and provide coaching for junior engineers.
Experience to develop B2B applications is a plus.
Experience with Docker/Container is an advantage.
Benefits
Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days working onsite 3 days remote.
100 salary during probation period.
