Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Credit Repair Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role youll work directly with clients to review credit reports identify discrepancies and develop customized strategies to improve credit standing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for financial wellness client advocacy and problemsolving.
Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate clients credit reports from major bureaus (Equifax Experian TransUnion)

Identify and dispute inaccuracies errors or outdated information

Communicate with credit bureaus creditors and collection agencies

Educate clients on credit scores creditbuilding techniques and financial best practices

Maintain accurate records of all disputes and client interactions

Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their cases

Stay informed on industry regulations FCRA guidelines and credit repair best practices
Requirements:

Proven experience in credit repair financial services or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detailoriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Credit Repair Cloud or similar)

Bilingual (English/Spanish)
