Job Description
Bradley David Associates is recruiting a Guillotine Operator to join our renowned client based in Bishops Stortford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining guillotine cutting machines to ensure precision and efficiency in the production process. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.
Summary:
- Earning potentials of 35000 and over with pay enhancements on Sundays and lots of overtime available
- Rotating Day Shifts 06:45am 18:45pm:
- Week 1: Monday Tuesday Saturday Sunday
- Week 2: Wednesday Thursday Friday
- Must have experience with Guilly Polar machines
Duties
- Operate and setting Guilly Polar 115 machines to cut materials to specified dimensions.
- Fabricate components as required ensuring highquality standards are met.
- Assemble finished products and components following technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area ensuring all equipment is stored properly.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to use Guilly Polar machines
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing highquality work.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
