Job Role:
New HNI client acquisition and retention of existing customers.
Nurture relationships with mapped clients for investment needs; maintain regular interactions with the customers to assess their needs.
Contributing towards increasing liabilities size of relationship through balances in accounts of existing customers and enhancing customer profitability by capturing larger share of wallet.
Increasing customer engagement through crossselling investment and noninvestment products.
Cross selling of Third party products like LI GI FD RD & Mutual Funds etc.
Going for regular clients meeting to generate revenue.
Ensure quality customer service is delivered.
All customer queries and complaints are being resolved within TAT.
