The Wireless RAN team is a small group of technical team players within the GTA Operations department working together to provide the very best service and support to our wireless customers.

The RF Engineer plays a key role in designing optimizing and analyzing wireless radio access networks across UMTS LTE and 5G platforms. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing wireless network performance ensuring quality service to our customers. The engineer will utilize RF tools and principles to monitor KPIs conduct traffic and interference analyses and optimize network parameters. Responsibilities also include RF planning audits and field verification as well as coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to support continuous improvement of the network. The RF Engineer reports directly to the Wireless Engineering Manager.
