Position Details:

The Clinical Research Coordinator for the NonVerbal Learning Disorder/Developmental VisualSpatial Disorder (NVLD/DVSD) Innovation Core provides administrative oversight and support in the planning implementation and conduct of research projects and initiatives within the NVLD/DVSD Innovation Core. You will support the planning coordination and conduct of studies data analysis and preparation of related manuscripts presentations and grant materials. The Clinical Research Coordinator will help manage Research Associates in data collection and protocol development.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Data Initiatives this is a parttime 20 hours per week) nonexempt position on a hybrid schedule (minimum 1 day in office per week).


You Will:

  • Work collaboratively in the development of project plans including timelines milestones resource requirements and deliverables.
  • Work with NVLD/DVSD Innovation Leadership to refine and update project goals and scopes as well as to ensure proper adherence to clinical and research regulations.
  • Coordinate and participate in the acquisition and analysis of research data.
  • Draft reports of and present findings from research projects.
  • Provide administrative assistance for research project operations.
  • Oversee Research Associates.
  • Other jobrelated tasks as assigned.

You Have:

  • Bachelors Degree in neuroscience psychology engineering computer science or related field required.
  • 3 years research experience in medical clinical and/or research environment.
  • Experience with preparation submission and maintenance of research manuscripts
  • Good knowledge of standard office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint etc..

Pay Range

The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidates work experience education/training jobrelated skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role) if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
