About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and resultsoriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role youll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities related to a specific subset of OSGs products and services. Youll work to build relationships with both prospective and existing clients with a focus on driving topoffunnel growth and supporting the broader sales team.
This is a fulltime permanent position based out of our London ON office.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for a targeted group of OSG products and services
Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and position OSGs solutions accordingly
Research and identify key decisionmakers and potential clients within assigned verticals or markets
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through outbound strategies including cold calling email campaigns networking and other leadgeneration activities
Track and report on key sales metrics including lead conversion rates pipeline growth and revenue forecasts
Qualifications and Experience
Postsecondary education in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
1 year of customerfacing experience preferably in a B2B environment
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience is an asset)

Competitive Compensation OnTarget Earnings (OTE) of $65000 including a $45000 base salary and a $20000 performance bonus (uncapped). Comprehensive benefits package included.
