Responsiblefordoingpm1(preventivemaintenancejobs.shiftscheduleanddailychecklistfollowup

ResponsibleforElectrical&AutomationMaintenanceof600meterlongHAPLLineconsistofEntrysectionRCMWelder6HICold / HotRollingMill Furnace ScaleBreakerShotBlasterPicklingEntryMill&ExitLoppers&exitSection.

ResponsibleforhandlingallmaintenancerelatedactivitiesofABBPLCsACDrivesACMotorsandDCS800xASystemandLTandHTswitchGearsusedintheplant

Knowledgeinlogicsolvingincontrolpanels&variousinterlockingschemesrequiredforautomationandanalyzingalldrawingsrelatedtoautomation&controlsystems.

Instrumentalincoordinatingwithvariousinternaldepartmentsandcontractorpersonnelforsafeofshutdownsandensuringimplementationofroutine/preventive/breakdownmaintenanceschedulesofthesystemtoincreasemachineuptimeequipmentreliabilitythereby.

Responsibleformaintaining5Sactivity&safetymeasuresregularly

TocoordinatewiththeElectricalcontractorforErection andCommissioning

BasicKnowledgeofSheetCENTERGUIDEandSTEERINGUNITEDGESystemprovidedbyEMG.

KnowledgeofhardwareCommunicationbetweenDrivesPLCandHMIsthroughFiberOpticandProfibus.

KnowledgeofGaugeMeasurementsystemprovidedbyIMSusedat6HIinLineMill.

Responsibleforkeepinga recordofthedailypowerconsumptiondailydelayreportsparepartslistoftheplant.

BasicKnowledgeaboutControlLogix/CompactLogixsystemsofAllenBradleyPLC(RockwellAutomation).

IdentifyingNetLinxnetworksforuseinaLogix5000SystemusedforinlineWelder.

SuccessfullyaccomplishedErectiontestingCommissioningofARPSystem(AcidRecoveryProcess

Tomaintainrecordslogbookforthejobcarriedout.

Organizesafetymeetings&giveonthe Jobtrainingtomysubordinates

Toensuregoodhousekeepingintheareaandthe shopfloor.

TakeparticipateinIMSinternalauditandprepareallsupportingdocument

Tomaintaina recordofbypassoftrip&interlockaspertheprocedures.

WorkingonSAP(PlantMaintenanceModule).
