Job Description

Adelphi is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services for students at a school district in Uvalde Texas. The provider will evaluate treat and help students meet their communication goals while ensuring legal compliance and integration with educational planning.

Requirements:

Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university

Valid license granted by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) or Texas Education Agency (for Bachelors-level SLPs)

Valid driver s license and transportation

Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations screenings and therapy to support speech-language development

Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and help develop speech goals and supports

Maintain detailed documentation and records of service

Submit proof of state certification/licensure

Comply with all FERPA confidentiality requirements

Collaborate with teaching staff and families to support student communication needs

Any other duties as assigned.
