We are seeking a reliable and friendly PartTime Medical Assistant to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive wellnessfocused environment and enjoys working with patients on their health journey.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients; assist with scheduling and basic front desk tasks
- Take and record vital signs weight and patient history
- Prepare patients for provider consultations and treatments
- Administer injections (e.g. B12 lipotropic) as directed
- Educate patients on wellness programs and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
- Ensure cleanliness of exam rooms and proper inventory of supplies
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detailoriented and organized
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Medical Assistant certification (preferred but not required)
