Job Purpose
As a social media assistant you will be responsible for managing daytoday activities across all our social media platforms. This includes uploading content engaging with followers through comments and messages and helping drive consistent growth and engagement across our digital channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Upload and publish scheduled content across all company social media platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn YouTube etc.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments direct messages and inquiries.
- Monitor audience engagement and help foster a positive online community.
- Assist in implementing social media campaigns and content strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to ensure visual and copy consistency.
- Track trends and suggest engaging content ideas in line with brand tone and goals.
- Help analyze engagement metrics and generate basic performance reports.
Skills required at fulfill the position
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (professional or personal brand).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with popular platforms: Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube and LinkedIn
Position Qualifications (Academic & Professional)
- Bachelors degree or diploma in marketing Communications or related field but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer Hootsuite Meta Business Suite).
- Prior experience in customer engagement or community management is a plus.
