About the Role:
As a Customer Support Representative youll be the first point of contact for customers assisting them with inquiries troubleshooting basic issues and delivering a positive service experience across various channels (email chat phone).
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up when necessary
Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases to relevant departments
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions
Requirements:
Fluency in English (written and spoken C1 level minimum)
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a customerfacing role is a plus
Comfortable working in a fastpaced multicultural environment
