- Assist in maintaining the existing computer infrastructure of 5000 PCs globally
- Image/Onboard new computers into the domain and onto the network
- Secure and protect new and existing hardware
- Consult with the business as they require assistance with their equipment
- Troubleshoot and implement data flows for scientific instruments
