As a Specialist I in Customer Service you will take approximately 80 120 inbound calls a day from checking and savings account customers. By building a strong rapport with your customer you will be able to make an impact on the business. Your passion for customer service inner competitiveness will allow you to excel in our fast paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Work in a call center environment that requires 100 phonebased customer interaction
- Demonstrate excellent communication negotiation and decisionmaking skills while staying engaged with our customers
- Communicate with customers in a metricsdriven environment
- Navigate multiple technologies while demonstrating resiliency and extreme adaptability in a fastpaced environment
- Take ownership of each customer interaction while treating them with respect and responding with empathy
- Work both independently and in a team environment
- Abide by all applicable regulatory and departmental practices and procedures
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer interaction or customer support experience required either by phone or facetoface
- Minimum of 6 months computer experience required utilizing multiple computer applications in a Windowsbased environment
- High School Diploma(102 HSC or GED required
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Ability to multitask using a computer and simultaneously provide customer support
- Comfortable in a fastpaced consistently changing environment
- Previous experience working in a Hospitality Restaurant or Retail industry
- Have a passion for helping people by solving problems presenting and explaining solutions
Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours which may include evenings and weekends or night shifts/USfriendly schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter.
This position requires that you attend trainings as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
