Job Description:
The SCD Manager will be responsible for managing specific projects and initiatives that support the growth and efficiency of Kraft Heinzs supply chain network. The role involves leading feasibility assessments driving process improvements and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to optimize supply chain capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead feasibility assessments for assigned projects defining network capabilities and developing capital business cases.
- Manage operational commercialization efforts for projects ensuring alignment with timelines budgets and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with functional teams (e.g. R&D Procurement Manufacturing) to identify and implement supply chain solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including risk mitigation plans and progress reports.
- Support the identification and implementation of margin enhancement initiatives and process improvements across the supply chain.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Operations Management Food Science or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in supply chain project management or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience in project management methodologies.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across functions.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$100300.00 $125400.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performancebased bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region jobrelated knowledge skills and experience among other factors
