Let People Incorporated be Your Path to Opportunity!The Early Childhood Education Division is looking for a Preschool Teacher to assist in providing quality care for preschool age children by creating a safe and nurturing environment. The Preschool Teacher will be part of the childcare team to assess plan and implement program goals for infants. Duties include curriculum development assessment and : The employee participates as a member of the early learning team to assess plan and implement program goals for infants toddlers and/or FUNCTIONS:Create and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive social emotional and physical development for infants toddlers and/or a safe nurturing and organized classroom environment conducive to learning promoting positive behavior supports and social interactions among the safety and wellbeing of children by supervising activities maintaining a safe and healthy environment and attending to childrens basic needs such as feeding diapering and and cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of each child in the classroom providing additional support or challenges as and evaluate childrens development keeping records and communicating progress to parents/guardians through regular reports or family involvement in their childs education by facilitating open communication organizing events and providing resources to support learning at diversity by fostering an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates cultural differences among children and in continuous learning and professional development to remain current on best practices teaching strategies and child development compliance with MA EEC licensing regulations and NAEYC Quality collaboratively with other caregivers educators specialists and staff to create a cohesive learning environment that meets the needs of all in all staff meetings and required training sessions including inservice training as all program and Agency required other duties as :Knowledge obtained through a combination of education and experience meeting EEC standards; Associate or bachelors degree months of work experience in an early education in interacting appropriately with children clients and to meet the EEC minimum hiring requirements for an infant/toddler or preschool working in an NAEYC accredited program a candidates must have a qualifying criminal background license preferred but not requiredWhy join our TeamCome work in a rewarding and creative environment that encourages growth collaboration and community involvement that is exploding with People Incorporated you will find a path to endless opportunities and a rewarding career!
