About the position
The Creative Producer is a key member of the Brand & Creative team responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of creative projects from concept through to completion. This role calls for a passionate problem solver with a love for creativity and a strong track record in producing highquality brand and marketing work.
With a solid understanding of creative processes and stakeholder engagement the Creative Producer ensures all projects align with La Trobes brand and marketing objectives. They work closely with creatives clients and stakeholders to manage timelines allocate resources effectively and deliver outstanding results.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position you will have
A degree with substantial extension of the theories and principles learned through experience; or a range of management experience; or postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge training and/or experience.
Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering content aligned with shortterm and longterm marketing/brand targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of creativity.
Demonstrated capacity to analyze interpret and translate complex material into engaging stories and excellent research skills.
Demonstrated experience managing and controlling budgets/resources/funding and an understanding of financial management procedures.
