What Will You Do
- Greet pet parents and their fourlegged fur babies and ensure a smooth checkin and checkout experience
- Provide a high level of hospitality for our pet parents
- Champion teamwork amongst the support staff
- Call our clients to remind them of lapsed patient care
- Call clients to check in aftercare received
- Manage the appointment schedule
- Manage incoming calls emails and texts from clients and vet practices
- Keep our reception area clean and wellstocked
- Answer client questions and provide information and education as needed
You Have:
- A love of animals and passion for the animalhuman bond
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service hospitality or clientfacing receptionist positions
- Experience in the veterinary industry is helpful but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
- Comfort level typing and utilizing multiple computer systems
