ICP Group is seeking a highenergy resultsdriven Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and marketing for our roofing product lines at ICP. This role is responsible for elevating brand awareness driving customer engagement and supporting growth through innovative datadriven campaigns. Our ideal candidate is equal parts creative graphic designer and strategic brand marketersomeone who can concept design and execute everything from a product label to a fullscale campaign while aligning with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to support the growth and positioning of roofing products in residential and commercial markets.
Design and produce creative assets across channels including product packaging social media posts digital ads newsletters brochures and trade show graphics.
Collaborate with Product Management Sales and Channel teams to understand market needs and ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
Work with our Digital Marketing Manager to build and manage the monthly social media calendar ensuring engaging and brandaligned content.
Partner with our Trade Show Manager to design trade show booths promotional items and onsite brand experiences.
Lead the development of brand messaging content and campaigns that reflect the brand voice and highlight product value.
Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders on advertising public relations white papers and thought leadership articles.
Monitor market trends customer insights and competitive activity to identify opportunities and refine brand positioning.
Analyze marketing performance through KPIs and metrics; implement A/B testing and continuous improvement tactics.
Support new product launches and gotomarket strategies with branding packaging input and promotional planning.
Serve as a handson brand steward ensuring visual identity and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Graphic Design Business or a related field; MBA a plus.
5 years of experience in brand or product marketing including at least 2 years in the building materials or roofing industry.
Strong understanding of contractor distributor and builder audiences.
Proven ability to create and execute marketing campaigns across digital print and inperson channels.
Demonstrated design capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop etc..
Experience supporting sales and distribution partners with cobranded materials and tailored campaigns.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) digital marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot Google Ads LinkedIn) and analytics platforms.
Excellent storytelling communication and project management skills.
Comfortable working crossfunctionally in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel up to 20 for customer visits trade shows and sales meetings.
