First Impression Assistant
Salary: Competitive plus company benefits
Location: Manchester M2 1HL
Contract: Permanent Full Time
Hours/shifts: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8:30am until 5:00pm
Some flexibility to work overtime to support the events team on occasion.
Break details: 1hour unpaid lunch
Work model: Fully onsite due to nature of the role

Purpose of the role
As a First Impression Assistant in our UK Top 100 law firm based at the Manchester office you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to our clients.
We are looking for a charismatic andenthusiastic individual who relishes in providing a warm welcome whether it be face to face or over the phone. The ideal candidate has a great eye for detail can build instant rapport and finds pleasure in preparing the client suite with refreshments and soft touches.
