We are looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our culinary team. As a Commis Chef you will work under the guidance of our current chefs assisting in the preparation and cooking of dishes while learning valuable skills in a professional kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportinity for someone looking to develop their career in the culinary arts.

Whatyoull be doing

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation following health and safety regulations

Assisting in the daily preparation of MEP for a section within thekitchen

Learn and adhere to all recipes cooking methods and kitchen procedures

Assist in receiving and storing deliveries

Follow instructions from senior chefs and complete tasks efficiently and accurately

Whowere looking for

A passion for cooking and a strong desire to develop a career in the high end culinary industry

Basis knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Previous experience in a kitchen enviroment is a must

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs

Team player who loves working as part of a creative team
