POSITION:Summer Computer Technician Assistant (Temporary)
LOCATION:Department of Information Technology
REPORTS TO:Director and Supervisor of Information Technology
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Unpack pack and deliver pallets of laptops and desktops.
2. Clean and deploy current Windows image on devices.
3. Clean test and wrap laptops and charging cables.
4. Work with IT Staff to set up and deploy laptops and desktops.
5. Valid Maryland class C drivers license preferred.
6. Other duties as assigned
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
1. Effective dates: As early as June 13 August 8 2025 pending FY 25 allocated funds.
2. Up to 40hour per week work schedule within four 10hour days or five 8hour days.
3. Rate of pay is $15.00 per hour.
4. All employees are encouraged to have automatic payroll deposit.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Position requires significant periods of standing and walking. Transport and unpacking of items not to exceed 50 pounds per carton.
