Hirschbach is seeking Trailer Refrigeration Technicians at our Sapulpa OK shop! At Hirschbach you will complete preventative maintenance and minor repairs on one of the newest and fully featured fleets. Come join our talented team of Technicians!
Pay & Benefits
- $18/hr $34/hr based on experience
- $1500 SIGNON BONUS!
- 3 weeks of PTO upon hire!!
- Paid weekly!
- Monday Friday night shift (no weekends!
- $6240/annual $3/hr) shift premium for 2nd shift positions
- $1200/annual tool allowance
- $200/annual boot allowance
- $1200/annual CDL A or B Stipend

- 401(k) with match
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on trailer refrigeration units.
- Diagnose and repair issues toCarrier Units & 2024 Thermoking units.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors evaporators condensers fans hoses belts and electronic controls.
- Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed manufacturers specifications and company standards.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation regarding maintenance and repairs.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service communicating clearly and professionally with drivers and fleet managers.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry technology and repair techniques through ongoing education and training.
- Assist other Techniciansas needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 608 Certification preferred.
- Experience with TRUs (Transport Refrigeration Units) preferred.
- Thermoking and/or Carrier factory certifications preferred.
- Understanding of transportation refrigeration operation and microprocessor control systems.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Basic computer skills as it applies to diagnostic tooling.
- Valid Drivers License.
