We are currently seeking Community Support Workers to join our Individualised Community Living Strategy (ICLS) program. In this role you will provide outreach support to individuals living in the Perth metropolitan area and surrounding regions. The service supports clients with a mental health diagnosis who are eligible for housing support.
The ideal candidate will be based South of the River and have access to a reliable vehicle with the flexibility to travel up to 40 minutes from home as required. Travel will be within a 40 km radius of the metro area.
Shift periods are available Monday to Saturday between 8am 6pm with each shift lasting 2 to 3 hours.
The role of the Community Support Worker is to help clients access their local services and maximise their recovery success while living independently in the community.
