REFER A FRIEND

Ensures that customer issues andconcerns are answered efficientlyand effectively. More experienced Advisors may coach others and support the resolutionof escalated complaints inaccordance withbusiness policy and legal requirements.

Job Description:

To achieve customer and client KPI targets in relation to allcontactsreceivedvia multiple channels working within the requirements of data protection legislation
To deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a customerfocused right firsttime service managing any customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion..
To respond to all contacts from both internal & external customers made via all the available channel
To accurately capture data and enter it on to the relevant systems
More experienced Advisors will support the Team Leader bymentoring and supporting team members to improve customer satisfaction andefficiency metrics within the business area

The eligibility criteria

To apply your referee must meet the following criteria:

  • Have 12 months international call centre/BPO experience
  • OR 24 months domestic call centre experience
  • Have a matric or NQF 4 Certificate
  • Possess an ITC and clear criminal record
  • Agree to be subject to vetting checks

How to refer a friend

  • Log onto Workday
  • Click the careers icon
  • The page will open with icons under Actions click on Refer a Candidate tab
  • Complete all the information requested on the page
  • Enter the following job requisition number into the Job Details section:
  • Click submit

Qualifying criteria for the referee:

  • To qualify for the referral fee you must be a Capita employee at the time of referring the individual and be in possession of a signed employee contract.
  • To qualify you cannot be working out a notice period nor can the referee be working out a notice period
  • Only referrals sent to the correct Workday job requisition will qualify for the incentive.
    Please do not send referrals directly to recruiters.


How does the referral fee work

  • At the end of your friends first 3 months with the business the program initiative pays you R500
  • At the end of their following six months with the business (once they have attained tenure of 6 months) the initiative will pay you a further R1000
  • Both the candidate and the referee must be employed with Capita at the time to be eligible for the payout.
