Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education(or equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA)
- Working With Children Check(or ability to obtain one)
- Teachers Registration
- First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training
Skills & Attributes Were Looking For:
- Deep understanding ofEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)andNational Quality Standard (NQS)
- Ability to createindividualized educational programsfor children
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience inobservinganddocumenting childrens learning
- Collaborative approach withfamiliesand colleagues
- A commitment to fostering aninclusiveandrespectfullearning environment
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience inEarly Childhood Teaching
- Knowledge of theEducation and Care Services National LawandNational Regulations
- Familiarity withtechnology toolsfor documentation and communication
