About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Residential Care & Services Manager to join our Baptcare Coasthavenfacility in Norlane Victoria on a fulltime basis Monday to Friday.

Reporting tothe Residential Aged Care Operations Manager this role will be expected to ensure the Facility maintains a highquality level of consumercentred care and services for their customers and stakeholders across all aspects focused on the consumers whole persons wellbeing experience while partnering with consumers to provide the best possible care and services to meet the consumers choices needs and preferences. The Residential Care and Services Manager will provide leadership to their local team enabling and influencing them to perform at their best within the Baptcare business and value framework.



Key Responsibilities

You will be required to focus on delivering outcomes across four core areas:

  • Quality care and compliance with aged care quality and safety standards.
  • People; Residents staff and other key stakeholders.
  • Operational performance.
  • Financial performance.


About You

You will have previous experience and proven ability to lead a team of staff and maximise outcomes in performance and Resident care. With outstanding communication skills you will promote a consumerfocused service internally and externally and be confident in leading individuals to be successful in their given role.

Together with your commercial acumen and budgeting experience you will be required to contribute to continuous improvement activities to support the growth and consistent uplift of the services offered.

You will ideally bring the following:

  • Minimum 3 5 years experience in a leadership role.
  • Tertiary qualification in related field (Health or Aged Care).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills the ability to supervise and motivate staff and work collaboratively within a team.
  • Contemporary understanding and working knowledge of a continuous improvement framework/system.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to best practices in aged care maintaining an optimal level of dignity comfort and quality of life for care recipients living in our aged care facilities.
