Tesserent Cyber Solutions by Thales is a fullservice cybersecurity solutions provider. We partner with clients across Australia and New Zealand in the protection of their digital assets and partner with clients to provide a full suite of cybersecurity services.
Partnering with over 1400 midsized to enterprise government and critical infrastructure clients our mission is to be the sovereign cybersecurity provider of choice for the protection of Australia and New Zealands digital assets and deliver comprehensive tailored solutions to prevent detect and mitigate potential cyberattacks. We have deep expertise in security advisory (GRC) and consulting technical assurance and testing cloud services 24x7 managed services and monitoring incident response and forensics and converged/physical security.
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

YOUR ROLE
Working from our Melbourne office your role will include:
- Work closely with the Offensive Security Services Team to setup projects as per contract terms and statements of work (SOW) ready for resource allocation and timesheet tracking.
- Manage project timeline and resource adjustments as necessary.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure invoicing is ready and accurate as per agreed schedules and milestones.
- Assist in the development of Project Delivery processes to ensure successful outcome of delivery for our clients.
- Report on Project Status and Project Monitoring on a weekly basis to ensure projects are actively managed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Raise project risks and issues with department leads for timely escalation and resolution.
- Work collaboratively within the Project Management Office (PMO) Team to resource and manage your allocated projects.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
To be successful in your role you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:
- Experience reading and interpreting contracts/SOWs
- Proficiency with project management related systems/tools
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask conflicting activities to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working with and managing multiple stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- An adaptable and flexible mindset and collaborative team player
