Know Your Rights: Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for assisting in the delivery of facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. The Talent Acquisition Manager accomplishes department objectives by developing recruitment strategies to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and costeffective manner. The Talent Acquisition Manager will have skills in sourcing negotiating salaries interviewing networking have a strong knowledge of clinical functions and will work closely with hiring managers other human resource staff senior leadership and external vendors to ensure that the talent acquisition practice meets the organizations needs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the Regional TA Manager.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE TRAINING
1. Bachelors degree in Business/Human Resources required.
2. Masters degree preferred.
3. At least 1 year of healthcare experience required
4. 13 years of recruitment preferred.
5. Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs required.
7. Excellent interpersonal communications skills confidentiality and time management skills required.
8. Ability to excel in a fast paced and team environment.
9. Driven and goal oriented resultsfocused and high achiever.
10. Experience with ATS systems required.
11. Understanding and familiarity with recruitment budgets
12. Analyzing data and preparing report
